WESTERN CAUCUS COLLEGE

The first sessions of the Western Caucus College were held at our office in Washington, DC this week covering the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and the Endangered Species Act.

The new Western Caucus College is a 4-day in-person staff training program that provides staff of Western Caucus members an in-depth, customized training and curriculum on the landmark land and environmental laws undergoing the modern policy discussion.

WC STATEMENT ON BIDEN LNG ATTACK

President Biden completely halted all Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) export approvals.

Despite being one of the cleanest forms of natural gas that will help lower global emissions, radical environmental groups have ironically put significant pressure on the White House to limit LNG.

Chairman Dan Newhouse (WA-04) expressed “The Biden Administration’s decision to deny future LNG export permits is yet another assault on American energy production that jeopardizes our national security and global energy markets,” in a statement from the Congressional Western Caucus earlier today.
